AdventHealth is seeking an experienced clinical documentation/coding professional to analyze medical records for HCC accuracy and provide education to physicians and staff on precise documentation. You will act as a subject matter expert on coding practices, supporting program development and performance improvements.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and privacy regulations, and delivering data-driven insights for improved

Competenze

• Understanding ICD-10-CM coding and CMS guidelines.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation requirements.
• Ability to educate providers on documentation quality and completeness.
• Experience with healthcare data and reporting.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Analyze medical record documentation for HCC accuracy and educational opportunities.
