Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current/active MA LICSW or MA LMHC.
• At least three years post-licensure experience preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least one year clinical supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services at the CRRC and Worcester County Overnight Arrest Unit.
• Conduct intake screenings of youth.
• Monitor clinical well-being of youth through in-person sessions.
• Engage with parents, foster parents, and schools.

Skills
