Landmark Surgery Center, part of USPI, is seeking a Clinical Director in Missouri. The role drives surgical operations across specialties and partners with clinicians to uphold quality and safety. The director will supervise clinical staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Missouri nursing license.
• Experience as clinical director or similar managerial role.
• Experience with perioperative areas (Pre-Op, Post-Op, Circulating).
• Strong budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Excellent standards knowledge and regulatory compliance.
