Landmark Surgery Center, part of USPI, is seeking a Clinical Director in Missouri. The role drives surgical operations across specialties and partners with clinicians to uphold quality and safety. Weekdays only, no holidays, weekends, or on-call. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

The director will supervise clinical staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Missouri nursing license.
• Experience as clinical director or similar managerial role.
• Experience with perioperative areas (Pre-Op, Post-Op, Circulating).
• Strong budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Excellent standards knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Clinical Director at Landmark Surgery Center

As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Clear and active nursing license for the state of Missouri
• Knowledgeable on perioperative areas such as Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Circulating
• Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
