Desort seeks an experienced Veterinarian to join our Sacramento practice in a clinical and leadership role. This position blends hands-on small-animal medicine with team development and practice growth.

Ideal candidates have a DVM, California license, and 3+ years of clinical experience in medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Mentoring colleagues and implementing improved workflows are key aspects of the role.

Formación

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active California veterinary license in good standing.
• 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong foundation in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Comfortable mentoring and leading colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical care to small-animal patients.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Perform routine surgical and dental procedures.
• Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans for patients.
• Serve as a clinical resource for other veterinarians and staff.
• Mentor and assist in professional development of associates.
• Support medical protocols and quality-of-care standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient care.
• Contribute to positive client and team experiences.
• Participate in growth initiatives for the practice.
