Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) seek an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the Elkton, MD clinical team. In this in-person role, you will oversee daily administration, clinical quality, and collaboration with the Executive Director to advance patient outcomes.

The position requires a master’s in a behavioral health field, 5+ years in addiction treatment, 3+ years supervisory experience, Maryland licensure, and strong knowledge of CARF standards, regulations,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in human services or behavioral health
• Maryland licensure statuses (LCADC/LCPC/LCSW-C/CAC-AD) and SUD Approved Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
• Skilled in group and individual counseling
• Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills; experience with EMR
• Engaging leader who promotes accountability and positive clinical outcomes
• Understanding of addiction, treatment approaches, and community drug trends
• Ethical and professional counseling standards
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities

Responsabilités

• Own daily administration and clinical quality of CCG services; partner with Executive Director to drive performance and outcomes
• Lead interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions for growth
• Ensure compliance with CARF/state regulations; maintain model fidelity
• Provide crisis coverage and collaborate to expand and improve programming
