Job summary

Aviv Recovery is looking for an experienced leader to provide direction and clinical oversight to its staff in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will possess a Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field and have exceptional management and leadership skills.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality improvement, developing program policies, conducting therapy sessions, and facilitating staff training. The position also requires a Virginia license to supervise counselors and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Virginia license to supervise counselors and case managers.
• 3 years of experience facilitating substance abuse or mental health groups.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and leadership to clinical staff.
• Implement facility health and safety standards.
• Conduct in-service education and oversee clinical staff development.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• On-call for clinical emergencies.
