Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of health or human services administrative or professional experience, including two years at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Master's degree substitutes for one year of general experience; Doctorate substitutes for two years; additional experience substitutes for the college degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction, coordination, planning, and management of the Joseph S. Massie Unit (adult residential/inpatient) for treatment of alcohol and drug use.
• Oversee liaison activities, supervision, prevention, and direct services; ensure program quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with MDH Allegany County Health Department leadership to maintain licensure levels (3.5, 3.7, 3.7WM) and service standards.
