Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Framingham is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee our residential campus, a partial hospitalization program, and a Chapter 766 school. This leadership role requires clinical expertise and the ability to guide a multidisciplinary team.

You will train Campus Supervisors, supervise clinicians, coordinate clinical rounds with the medical team, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW or LMHC) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical managerial experience with adolescents.
• Ability to provide clinical training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training, supervision and consultation to Campus Supervisors.
• Coordinate clinical rounds with the medical team and ensure compliance across programs.
• Provide on-call coverage in a rotation with Clinical Supervisors.
• Coach program staff and conduct trainings on clinical interventions on Campus.
• Participate in Agency Clinical Quality Committee and coordinate crisis intervention with emergency teams.
• Work with Billing to ensure accurate insurance authorizations.
• Oversee the graduate clinical intern program for the Campus.

Clinical Director

Wayside Residential Campus - Framingham

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work on our multi-disciplinary Residential Campus! The Campus Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical oversight of several residential programs, a partial hospitalization treatment program, and a Chapter 766 special education school on Wayside’s Campus.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00/year based on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

Please note: this is a clinical position that requires by contract: 1 - In-person. 2 - An independent license such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or related.

What you will do:

• The Clinical Director will provide clinical training, supervision and consultation to the Campus Clinical Supervisors. The Clinical Director will also provide monthly training to Campus Clinicians to ensure best practices are being met.
• The Clinical Director will work closely with the medical team to facilitate clinical rounds on all acute cases as well as ensure all clinical compliance standards are being met by completing regular medical chart reviews.
• The Clinical Director will be responsible for providing on-call coverage in a rotation with Clinical Supervisors.
• Provide input and consultation to program staff. Provide coaching and skill building of clinical interventions. Responsible for conducting clinical trainings in program staff meetings. Oversees the implementation of all Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, among other trainings on Campus.
• Member of Agency Clinical Quality Committee (as well as Clinical Risk meetings). Communication and facilitation with emergency screening teams and referral sources around crisis intervention.
• The Clinical Director will work closely with the Billing Department to ensure accuracy with insurance authorizations/reviews.
• The Clinical Director will have oversight of the graduate clinical intern program for the Campus.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required).
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical managerial experience related to adolescent behavioral health.
