Job summary

All Heart Home Care in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Private Duty Home Care division as Clinical Director. This full-time role focuses on clinical leadership, compliance, and outstanding patient and caregiver experiences.

You’ll manage admissions, care plans, chart reviews, and staff development, while partnering with operations and business development to support growth across Middle Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or private duty setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for private duty nursing and caregiver services.
• Ensure compliance with Tennessee regulations and agency policies.
• Oversee admissions, assessments, supervisory visits, and care plans.
• Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required

• Active Tennessee RN License
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Previous home health, hospice, or private duty experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience managing teams
• Quality Improvement experience
• OASIS or home care documentation experience
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, or operations
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)
