Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' Adoration Private Duty division seeks an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinicians in private duty home health, with day shifts and predictable hours in Murfreesboro. This full-time role features a $1,500 sign-on for external candidates, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive leadership structure, focusing on quality patient care and staff development.

Candidates should be RN licensed, with nursing degree, CPR, and management experience in home

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• RN license in good standing with state licensure.
• Less than two years of clinical experience and at least one year in a related management role in home health care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use company documentation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data, identify trends, and oversee implementation of improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the Branch Director on quality improvement activities and corrective action plans.
• Oversee response to internal and external surveys and audits, focusing on quality of care and clinical KPIs in partnership with operations.
• Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances and areas for performance improvement.
• Hold case conferences to ensure oversight of care, coordination of services, and standards compliance.
• Facilitate performance improvement action plans based on data, communicate job expectations, plan and monitor results, coach and discipline staff, and enforce policies and productivity standards.
• Ensure fair and timely staff evaluations in accordance with performance evaluation procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Clinical Manager, You will:

• Conducts/participates in quarterly quality improvement meetings, reviews pertinent available data, identifies trends, and oversees the implementation of improvement plans
• Collaborates with the Branch Director in the implementation of quality improvement activities and corrective action plans
• Responsible for the oversight of and response to external and internal surveys and audits within the assigned area relating to the quality of care and clinically related KPIs in collaboration with operations leadership
• Completes documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in standardized care and care processes and to identify areas for improved performance related to patient care and the organization
• Holds case conferences to ensure oversight of care, coordination of services and that standards are met
• Facilitates the development of performance improvement action plans, based on available data (e.g., survey results, QAPI and clinical record reviews). Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
• Ensures assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
• Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care
• Current CPR certification
• Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations
• Ability to use company documentation systems
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information
