Quality Private Duty Care seeks a dedicated Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one home nursing support, delivering safe, compassionate care to clients in their own homes.

You will perform assessments, create care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and coordinate with families and professionals to maintain high-quality, personalized care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee and active status.
• Experience in critical care or home health nursing preferred.
• Proven assessment, clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes. This role is crucial in supporting our mission of providing high-quality, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing RN license in the State of Tennessee
• Current valid driver's license
• Proven experience in critical care or home health nursing.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with IV infusion and medication administration preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.
• CPR certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
