CS Industrial is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinical Director, overseeing clinic operations and mentoring a high-performing team. The role offers patient-focused care, leadership responsibilities, and a profit-based performance bonus tied to clinic growth.

The position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and ensuring documentation accuracy while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology.
• Current licensure in the practice state.
• Supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff, including PTs and assistants.
• Coordinate patient care and documentation; ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor quality assurance guidelines and staff performance.
• Schedule in-services and staff trainings; stay updated on treatment protocols.
• Maintain clinical equipment and safety programs; perform patient evaluations and plan goals.
