Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Port St. Lucie, FL is opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic and seeks a Clinic Director to lead the launch and build a high-performing team.

As the founding Clinic Director, you will shape culture, mentor staff, deliver evidence-based care, manage operations, and foster community partnerships to drive long-term growth and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida or eligible for licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and daily operations of a new outpatient PT clinic.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy care and develop plans of care.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team.
• Establish culture focused on exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and community engagement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards.
• Build relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners.
• Represent the clinic in the Port St. Lucie community.
• Develop strategies for long-term growth and success.
