Job summary

USPI Surgery Center of Boerne is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our ambulatory surgical services. The role focuses on hiring, mentoring, scheduling and supervising clinical staff across Gastroenterology, General, and Orthopedics to ensure high-quality patient care.

The candidate will manage budgets, support revenue generation, ensure Joint Commission and CMS compliance, and maintain strong communication with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing program with TX RN licensure.
• BSN required; MSN preferred for advancement.
• 2–5 years OR/critical care experience with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory center clinical departments.
• Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule and supervise staff.
• Generate revenues for clinical services and ensure payer compliance.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Communicate effectively with management, physicians and staff.
• Attend mandatory in-services and meetings.
