FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Jefferson Park in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Clinical Director to lead an outpatient PT clinic, drive clinical excellence, and mentor a growing team. The role focuses on orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and neurological rehab with a patient-centered, results-driven approach.

Applicants should hold a DPT, have 5+ years of outpatient PT, and an active Illinois license. Compensation ranges $90k–$130k with a $10k sign-on bonus and a solid bonus potential.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and IL PT license active or license-eligible.
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinic operations for efficient workflow and high-quality care.
• Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs.
• Uphold excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with ownership to maintain a high-performing clinic culture.
