A leading physical therapy organization in Framingham, MA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to guide a growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care, with a focus on vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. You will oversee clinic operations, build a high-performing team, and engage with the community to provide life-changing care. Attractive salary range from $80,000 to $115,000, plus bonuses and professional growth opportunities await the right individual.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably with vestibular/balance.
• Self-motivated, compassionate, eager to learn.
• Experience with pelvic health PT is strongly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one patient care focusing on various rehabilitation aspects.
• Oversee daily clinical operations for patient flow and care.
• Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team.

Who You Are

• Licensed PT in Massachusetts
• 5+ years outpatient experience(vestibular experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Interest in vestibular, balance, neuro, or pelvic health specialties
• Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus
