Job summary

Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY, seeks a Clinical Director of Quality Management. This full-time role leads performance improvement and oversees regulatory compliance for the skilled nursing facility.

The candidate will drive QAPI initiatives, coordinate internal audits, and provide regulatory interpretation resources across the organization with a focus on quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (preferred) in a health-related field.
• CPHQ certification is a plus.
• At least five years' clinical nursing experience and quality assurance or quality management experience.
• Must have thorough knowledge of and understanding of QAPI and QM principles and practices.
• Must be familiar with State DOH, and all applicable codes and regulations.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Clinical Director - Quality Management

Full-Time

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, seeks a full time Director for Quality Management. This individual will support the skilled nursing facility.

This position will lead all aspects of quality (performance) improvement activities for the organization, overseeing/coordinating all activities of the organization relating to regulatory and external compliance requirements. Acts as a resource for regulatory standards interpretation/application, including internal audits for regulatory compliance.
