Job summary

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY seeks a Clinical Director of Quality Management for a full-time role overseeing quality improvement and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant health field (preferred).
• CPHQ certification a plus.
• At least five years' clinical nursing experience and quality assurance or quality management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of QAPI and QM principles and practices.
• Familiar with State DOH and applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of quality (performance) improvement activities for the organization.
• Coordinate activities relating to regulatory and external compliance requirements.
• Act as a resource for regulatory standards interpretation/application, including internal audits for regulatory compliance.
