Qualifications

  • Successful completion of dental training from an accredited dental school and DMD/DDS degree.
  • Experience with implants, orthodontics/clear aligners, and restorative procedures.
  • Minimum 3+ years clinical experience.
  • Ability to travel at least 70%.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and train others.

Responsibilities

  • Educates, trains, and mentors doctors with hands on surgical and implant restorative procedures in office and through learning programs.
  • Serves as the primary clinical contact for implant partners and builds essential partnerships.
  • Advises dentists on implant treatment plan recommendations based on patient needs.
  • Provides in-office and in-region support to doctors and practice teams to maximize patient care and productivity.
  • Develops implant-related programs to enhance patient care and business results.
  • Assists with implant continuing education program development and regional meetings.
  • Participates in Doctor programs and adopts new patient care implant technologies.
  • Partners with leadership and HR to establish retention strategies for doctors.
  • Monitors revenues and expenditures to meet budgeted profit targets for implant procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Successful completion of dental training at a four (4) year, accredited Dental School and received an DMD or DDS degree.
  • Experience with implants, orthodontics / clear aligners, and all restorative procedures.
  • Relevant advanced education for specialty areas.
  • Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience.
  • Ability to travel at least 70%.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach, mentor, and train others.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
