Job summary

ClearChoice Network seeks a Doctor Support Specialist to provide hands-on field-based mentorship for doctors across Centers. You will travel regularly to assigned Centers and deliver training on best practices, clinical innovations, and network standards.

Collaborating with Clinical Education, Operations, Field Leadership, HR, and other teams, you will use performance data to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and help clinicians practice at the top of their license.

Qualifications

• Passion for the mission of ClearChoice and the patients served at ClearChoice Network Centers.
• Ability to assess doctor and Center performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with affiliated doctors.
• High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to voice concerns, elevate potential problems, and proactively identify solutions.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, driving results across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• DDS or DMD required; Post-Graduate Prosthodontics training preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a dental implant center.
• Focus on full-arch implant restoration.
• ClearChoice practice experience is a plus, but not required.

• Provide direction to clinical employees only in a manner expressly approved by the duly licensed dentist responsible for the applicable dental practice

• Regularly required to work in an office environment and on-site at various Network dental implant Centers
• Regularly required to travel to Network dental implant Centers approximately 50-75% of the time
