Job summary

Alvis Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Clinical Director of Behavior Support to lead behavior support services within the IDD program.

You will direct Behavior Support Coordinators, oversee clinical services for designated clients, and ensure compliance with standards and policies. You will also guide assessment, intervention planning, staff training, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Master's in Psychology, Social Work or related fields.
• Required Experience: 2 years’ experience as a licensed clinician.
• Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in clinical management.
• Required License, Certification, Association: Must be Licensed in the State of Ohio: LISW, LICSW, LCSW, LPCC – S, LICDC-CS

In this position you will be responsible for directing and supporting Behavior Support Coordinators and related program staff, overseeing clinical services for designated clients, and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational policies. As the Clinical Director you would also support assessment, intervention planning, staff training, clinical documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with internal and external service providers.

Requirements

Required Education: Master's in Psychology , Social Work or related fields.

Required Experience: 2 years’ experience as a licensed clinician.

Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in clinical management
