MaineHealth Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician I who will work under conditional licensure to provide comprehensive care to clients with behavioral health needs.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual, group, and family therapy, and maintain clinical records while collaborating with community providers and attending team meetings for discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field.
• Current LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, or LMFT-c license per Maine OPOR.
• Behavioral health internship or comparable experience prior to licensure.

Responsabilités

Summary:

The role of Behavioral Health Clinician I, working under a conditional license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The counselor is also responsible for maintaining clinical records, collaborating with community providers, and participating in team meetings to ensure effective treatment and discharge planning. The Behavioral Health Clinician I will be under direct clinical supervision to work towards independent licensure.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field
2. License/Certifications: LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, or LMFT-c from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR).
3. Experience: Behavioral health experience including internship prior to becoming a conditionally licensed clinician.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
