Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, healthcare administration, or related clinical field.
• At least five years of progressive supervisory or management experience in behavioral health or related healthcare setting.
• Experience overseeing mental health residential programs or group homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned mental health programs and services.
• Supervise Program Managers and clinical staff and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory standards, and HIPAA.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage with families, funders, and regulators.
