Success On The Spectrum in Sanford is seeking a qualified LMHC or LCSW to join as Clinical Director. The role requires an active Florida license and will lead clinical operations at the Sanford location, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and a Master's degree in a relevant field. A BCBA certification is highly preferred but not required, reflecting our commitment to evidence-based care.
