Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active LMHC or LCSW license in Florida.
• Experience with children/adolescents in clinical/educational settings.
• Leadership, quality assurance, or program management background.

Aufgaben

• Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations and assume full responsibility for the quality of patient care delivered across our programs.
• Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and strict regulatory compliance.
• Service Plan Oversight: Actively direct and supervise the comprehensive assessment process, reviewing and signing off on individualized treatment plans, service logs, and discharge summaries.
• Quality Assurance: Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, conduct routine audits of patient records, and ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, current, and securely maintained.
• Staff Development & Credentialing: Supervise all clinical personnel, ensuring that staff maintain appropriate active credentials, receive required training and follow evidence-based practices.
• Program Expansion: Spearhead the clinical development of our new pediatric mental health and educational programming within our established practice framework.
