Success on the Spectrum - Sanford is seeking a licensed LMHC or LCSW to join as Clinical Director. The role features a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule at our Sanford center, with the license required to serve as the legal Clinic Director. BCBA is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree, with strong clinical leadership to guide therapy teams and ensure high-quality care for our clients.
