Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a licensed Clinical Director to lead therapists and clinical staff within behavioral health programs. You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure ethical, evidence-based care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will supervise clinical staff, review treatment plans and documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active independent clinical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to therapists and staff.
• Review treatment plans, documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical consultations.
• Oversee staff development, training, and licensure supervision support.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case staffing.
