Job summary
Pine Park Health invites an experienced Nurse Practitioner to step into Clinical Director / Lead NP leadership in the Bay Area. You will lead and develop a small team of NPs and PAs, coach for performance, and ensure high-quality care while remaining connected to patient practice in senior living communities.
You will drive clinical leadership, hiring, and program growth, traveling across the Bay Area to support providers and partner communities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Meaningful experience practicing independently as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience leading and managing clinicians with accountability for performance.
- Experience providing performance feedback and managing expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a Bay Area clinical team of NPs/PA-Cs; observe care delivery and provide coaching.
- Hold regular 1:1s and deliver ongoing feedback and professional development.
- Manage provider performance against clinical/operational expectations and care-gap closure.
- Optimize schedules, patient panels, and clinical coverage; support hiring and onboarding.
- Lead quality-improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
- Remain connected to patient care and continue delivering primary care to older adults.
