Job summary

Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program seeks a Clinical Director to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality clinical care. You will supervise therapists, oversee clinical operations, and guide program development while collaborating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities include running treatment teams, overseeing admissions, staff training, and ensuring compliance with the Discovery Mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field is required.
• License and ability to provide clinical supervision is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with eating disorders is required.
• CPI, CPR/AED, First Aid, and ServSafe certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve clinical quality of the program.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and ensure consistent communication.
• Assist in admissions and coordinate access to care.
• Train new clinical staff and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Provide support to milieu staff for high-level clinical care.
• Complete 90-day and annual performance reviews for therapists.
