You will build programs, supervise the clinical team, and ensure evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care while meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements include a Master’s in a behavioral health field and an active Colorado license, with 5+ years of clinical leadership and program development experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Colorado behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist) at time of hire.
• At least five (5) years of progressive post‑master’s clinical experience in behavioral health, including SUD treatment.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of ASAM criteria, trauma‑informed care, and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead clinical programming across the facility’s levels of care, translating strategy into treatment models and standards of care.
• Design and launch new programs, groups, and treatment tracks from concept through evaluation.
• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to organizational strategy.
• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, transitions, and discharge planning with trauma‑informed care.
• Lead measurement‑based care and monitor KPIs to improve outcomes and client experience.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise, evaluate, and retain clinical staff and provide supervision as required by regulation.
