Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to be the clinical heartbeat of our Nashua center, leading teams, coaching BCBAs, and guiding children ages 2–9 toward meaningful milestones.

In this exempt, full-time role you will oversee case reviews, supervision, onboarding and partner with the Practice Manager to build a positive, growth-focused culture while maintaining our BCBA-owned mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
• Experience directing programs for children with autism.
• Experience supervising BCBAs.
• OBM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate client success for all learners.
• Coach and mentor BCBAs to improve clinical quality.
• Oversee tours, assessments, and onboarding of new learners.
• Maintain accountability for client progress using outcome metrics.
• Lead center culture and staff development.
