Job summary

The Atlanta Autism Center in Covington, VA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a center-based team and ensure high-quality, assent-based services for children with autism aged 8 and under. You will supervise BCBAs and interns, support clinical staff, and manage clinic operations.

This full-time hybrid position offers a competitive salary (110k–130k), comprehensive benefits, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, one remote day per week, unlimited PTO after 6 months, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• 3 years as BCBA experience.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited institution—must include a BACB-verified coursework sequence.
• Maintain an active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Maintain an active BCBA license (Starting October 1, 2025).
• Renew BACB and GA license every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you.
• Provide assistance and support with clinic operations.
• Provide case management support as needed.
