Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to support two GA centers, Loganville and Covington. The role blends operational and clinical leadership, supervising BCBAs and BCBA interns, and ensuring high-quality, assent-based services for children with autism.

You will travel between locations, shape clinic operations, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with BACB standards, while enjoying a predictable M-F schedule, two remote days per week, and generous benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BACB-verified coursework sequence.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA license (effective Oct 1, 2025).
• Minimum 2 years BCBA experience.
• Minimum 5 years direct work with autism/ID/DD.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you.
• Assist and support clinic operations.
• Provide case management support as needed.
