Job summary

MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to join the Office of Developmental Programs in Pittsburgh, PA. The role includes hybrid work, with at least two onsite days weekly and regional collaboration across ID/MI populations.

You will lead quality and risk initiatives, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and provide expert guidance on compliance with ODP policies. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Human Services with clinical experience in ID/MI.
• Six years of clinical work with individuals with ID/MI and challenging behaviors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide TA to provider/AE, community mental health, and county MH per policy.
• Lead transition planning for individuals moving to the community.
• Review behavioral incidents and prepare monthly reports for regional leadership.
• Coordinate weekly diversion calls and participate in PPRT and PPC activities.
• Serve as SME on DD and support statewide DD initiatives; training development as needed.
