Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Licensed clinician to provide supervision.
• Minimum of two years of experience with eating disorders.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and drive improvements within the program.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings to ensure effective communication and team approach.
• Assist in admissions to ensure expeditious access to care.
• Train all new clinical employees within their scope and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Provide supervision and oversee therapists' schedules for clinical presence.
• Complete utilization reviews and ensure patient stays are authorized.
• Leads 3–4 process groups weekly and supervises other groups.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transfers with referrals and outreach.
