Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical team to ensure high quality care.
• Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and oversee care coordination.
• Train new clinical staff and support milieu team members.
• Manage patient caseload and ensure timely discharge planning.
• Conduct therapy sessions and lead groups as assigned.
• Provide on-call support at least 1x per month and respond to program calls quickly.
