Success On The Spectrum, a growing behavioral health practice in Sanford/Greater Orlando, FL, seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA + LMHC/LCSW) to lead a new expansion with zero billable-hours and no minimum caseload.

This on-site/hybrid role offers up to a full-time or part-time arrangement, with a compensation structure of $95,000 (Full-Time) or $50,000–$70,000 (Part-Time). You will oversee operations, policy development, and provider growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Florida license as LMHC or LCSW.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in clinical or educational settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high quality patient care.
• Develop and enforce clinical policies, protocols, and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Direct and supervise assessment processes, review treatment plans, service logs, and discharge summaries.
• Lead CQI initiatives, audit patient records, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise clinical staff, ensure credentialing and training compliance with evidence-based practices.
• Spearhead development of pediatric mental health and educational programming within the practice.

About Us:

We are a seasoned, growing behavioral health practice expanding into unique counseling and multidisciplinary educational programming. We are seeking a highly motivated, dual-credentialed Clinical Director (BCBA + LMHC/LCSW) to lead this exciting new expansion.

The Role:

Are you burnt out by the relentless grind of required billable hours? We are intentionally structuring this role differently. This position has ZERO required billable hours and NO minimum caseload. We want our Clinical Director to have the freedom and mental bandwidth to focus purely on clinical excellence, provider development, and the ethical growth of our multidisciplinary model.

$95,000 (Full-Time) | $50,000 – $70,000 (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations and assume full responsibility for the quality of patient care delivered across our programs.
• Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care and strict regulatory compliance.
• Service Plan Oversight: Actively direct and supervise the comprehensive assessment process, reviewing and signing off on individualized treatment plans, service logs, and discharge summaries.
• Quality Assurance: Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, conduct routine audits of patient records, and ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, current, and securely maintained.
• Staff Development & Credentialing: Supervise all clinical personnel, ensuring that staff maintain appropriate active credentials, receive required training, and follow evidence-based practices.
• Program Expansion: Spearhead the clinical development of our new pediatric mental health and educational programming within our established practice framework.

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active, unencumbered Florida state license as an LMHC or LCSW.
• Preferred experience working with children, adolescents, and pediatric populations in a clinical or educational setting.
• Prior experience in clinical leadership, quality assurance, or program management is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Medicaid/AHCA guidelines and behavioral health compliance standards.
