Lighthouse Neurofeedback & Behavioral Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a Doctoral-Level Clinical Director ( BCBA-D preferred ) to serve as the highest clinical authority. This senior role leads clinical oversight, treatment integrity, and program development across the organization.
You will shape care delivery, define clinical excellence, supervise BCBAs and staff, maintain ethics, and ensure services meet evidence-based standards in ABA and behavioral health, with a small caseload (0–3).

This role integrates strategic leadership with deep clinical governance and requires an individual who is confident operating at both the systems level and advanced clinical level.
