Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA team dedicated to high-quality, ethical, and individualized services for children with autism and their families. The role offers flexibility across in-home, clinic, and telehealth settings, with clinical support and meaningful impact.

The BCBA will lead assessments, supervise RBTs/BTs, train caregivers, monitor progress, and document thoroughly while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed or license-eligible in the practicing state.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong leadership and clinical communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based ABA
• Bilingual a plus
• Telehealth supervision experience
