Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical supervision and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices across licensed and non-licensed staff.

The role includes developing trainings with Crisis Services, conducting audits, and guiding teams in compliance with state and federal requirements. The Clinical Director will deliver trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year, collaborating closely with the Director of Crisis Services and Clinical

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field and licensed at the associate or independent level with AZ Board.
• Fingerprint clearance card is required.
• Current AZ Driving License is required.
• Clear a 39-month motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed staff per Arizona codes and policies.
• Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and periodically.
• Develop clinical trainings with the Director of Crisis Services to improve competency.
• Conduct periodic fidelity audits to ensure adherence to Evidenced Based Practices.
• Schedule clinical staffing and on-call consultations with teams, following policy and contract requirements.
