Responsibilities

• Lead all clinic staff and coordinate therapy schedules.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure quality training and staff development.
• Conduct annual staff evaluations and program modifications.
• Manage budgets, facilities, and supplies.
• Report to CEO and COO.
