Job summary

Arizona Autism in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our brand-new ABA center from day one. You will directly oversee clinical operations, shape center culture, and mentor a growing team of clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services.

As an experienced BCBA, you will guide clinical practices, ensure BACB standards are met, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support client success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona state licensure.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience in ABA.
• Developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services
• Build, lead, and develop a strong clinical team
• Help establish the culture, systems, and clinical practices of the new center
• Oversee client programming and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Support and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support client success
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
• Partner with operational leadership to support the growth and success of the center

The Role

Be part of something new as the Clinical Director for our brand-new ABA center in Glendale, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new location and play a key role in building the center from the ground up. You will lead clinical operations, build and mentor your team, establish a strong center culture, and help create an environment where clients, families, and teammates can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
