Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience leading clinical teams in ABA therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Clinical quality and outcomes across client programs in the center.
• Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation.
• Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission.
• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care.
• Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding.
