Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Real BCBA certification and ability to supervise RBTs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence across client programs in the center.
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation.
• Provide final review and approval of treatment plans before payer submission.
• Monitor clinical performance and drive program improvement.
• Develop staff through supervision and mentorship.
