Job summary

BlueSprig in Salinas, CA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs. You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation, ensuring high-quality ABA services for children and families in the center.

You will drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and collaborate with clinical committees. A Master’s degree with BCBA certification is required, along with a track record of leadership in ABA programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Strong leadership and supervision experience with BCBA/RBT staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation.
• Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive program improvement.
• Support clinician development through supervision and mentorship.
