Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes mentorship and ongoing training opportunities with a trauma-informed, ethically focused approach.

You will contribute to co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs and engage in collaborative practice within centers designed for naturalistic teaching. A defined pathway for clinical growth is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentorship and training initiatives.
