Job summary

Accel Therapies in California is looking for experienced Clinical Directors (BCBAs) to lead center-based teams. In this role, you will mentor Clinical Supervisors and ensure high-quality outcomes for families. The position offers both clinical excellence and a supportive environment to empower leadership, with up to 25 billable hours per week for QA oversight.

You will work in a positive culture that prioritizes collaboration and clinician well-being, alongside opportunities to engage in innovative research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience.
• Comfort using technology (scheduling software, electronic data platforms).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors.
• Conduct and review functional behavior assessments.
• Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities.
• Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress.
• Lead BCBA and Program Supervisor hiring efforts at your center.
