Job summary

Accel Therapies, located in California, is seeking experienced Clinical Directors to join their center-based teams in Hesperia. In this critical leadership role, you'll mentor teams, ensure clinical excellence, and drive impactful outcomes for families. The position emphasizes a supportive culture that fosters clinician well-being while allowing you to lead effectively.

You'll conduct assessments, guide treatment planning, and oversee up to 25 billable hours per week without a direct caseload. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, along with 3 years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA with supervisory experience.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comfort with scheduling and electronic data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Clinical Supervisors.
• Oversee client experience from intake to ongoing care.
• Ensure high clinical standards and treatment planning.
