Job summary

Accel Therapies in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our center-based ABA teams and mentor Clinical Supervisors. This role blends clinical excellence with operational leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes for families served.

You will oversee intake through ongoing care, guide program integrity, and contribute to research collaborations while maintaining a manageable caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience, including supervisory roles.
• Proven leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders).
• Oversee client experience from intake through ongoing care.
• Conduct and review FBAs.
• Ensure high clinical standards through QA and data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 25 billable hours/week (full-time).
• Develop training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians.
• Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations to assign caseloads.
• Lead BCBA and PM hiring at the center.
• Contribute to organizational growth initiatives.
